Refund policy

At Ambrosial Aromas we want you to be happy with your purchases. To make sure everything leaves us in perfect condition we carefully inspect your order and carefully pack it.

Please remember that soy and other natural waxes are prone to slight colour variations and occasional frosting or matt areas. This is not a fault but is a characteristic of creating wax melts using natural rather than synthetic wax. This does not effect the performance of your product.

However, should your order arrive and you wish to return for any reason, we will do our utmost to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Please contact us via email at info@ambrosialaromas.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will then contact you to either replace the item or issue a refund. Please note we can not accept a return or issue a refund on any items that have been lit or partially used.

Products can be returned for a full refund no later than 14 days after receiving the product, provided they are not damaged, have not been used and are still in the original packaging.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return cost of products.

Any postage and packing costs can not be refunded for returned goods.

Upon receipt of the returned good, an exchange or refund will be issued.

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds
